How I Got Here?

I have always been passionate about health and fitness. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Pre-Med from UC Santa Barbara and a Master’s degree in Science (Eastern Medicine). After years of studying the human body, I practiced Eastern Medicine, helping people improve their health through lifestyle changes, nutrition, and acupuncture. I was always fascinated by how simple nutritional adjustments and exercise could often resolve many health issues.

In 2008, I began teaching group fitness in San Diego, California. Combining my experience in Eastern Medicine with my love for fitness inspired me to help people worldwide improve their health through nutrition and exercise.

In 2009, I launched Earn That Body with the goal of providing online personal training and nutritional coaching. The program grew rapidly due to the incredible results my clients were achieving. Over time, I expanded the platform to include multiple programs, including:

  • BUILD (4 Week Strength Training Program)
  • LEAN (3 Week Workout & Nutrition Program)
  • Nutrition Bootcamp (4 Week Challenge To Plan & Prep!)
  • WillpowHER Workout Program
  • Marathon Training
  • Private Nutrition for Athletes
  • Additional fitness challenges designed to help clients reach their goals.

I hold multiple certifications, including:

  • AFAA Personal Trainer
  • Spinning by Mad Dogg Athletics
  • Kranking, YogaFit, TurboKick, Stroller Strides, and Body Back
  • Fitness Nutrition Certification through ISSA

I am honored to have been recognized as one of Austin’s Top 3 Personal Trainers in Austin Fit Magazine from 2012 to 2019 and awarded Best Personal Trainer in Austin Monthly Magazine from 2013 to 2016. I was also named Best Fitness Ambassador of Austin in 2014 and 2015 and featured on the Top Online Weight Loss Program list.

My experience extends beyond training—I was selected for the Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning Demo Team (2005) and have appeared in fitness DVDs and infomercials, including:

  • Cheryl Burke’s Disco Abs (Dancing with the Stars)
  • Host model for Spinning/Mad Dogg Athletics
  • Mama Wants Her Body Back

Additionally, I have contributed to Austin Woman Magazine, Austin Fit Magazine, and the Livestrong Blog. I have served as the health and fitness expert on the JB Morning Radio Show in Austin and currently provide expert insights on Studio 512 on KXAN.

My mission is to help clients reach new levels in health, fitness, and overall well-being. I am committed to educating people on how to achieve sustainable weight loss and lifelong health through real food, strategic exercise, and consistency.
