This 3 week program is designed to help clients who completed ETB Phase 1 & Phase 2 to REBOOT! If you have fallen off track or just need a little motivation to dial it back in, this is the program for you!
You are ONLY eligible to register if you have completed the revamped 5 Week Earn That Body Phase 1 (& recommended Phase 2.) If you have not, it is recommended you register for ETB Phase 1. Email [email protected] for info.
This program is for clients who KNOW what to do, already learned how to track calories/nutrients...but need help with re-assessing calories, weekly weigh ins, workouts and more!

The ReBOOT Program is done as an INDIVIDUAL (not group format). There are a LIMITED number of spots available each month.
**You have the option to follow the 3 Week ReBOOT Workout Calendar that includes the Earn That Muscle Workout Program (3 Full Body Strength Videos, Core Videos and Cardio PDF Workouts) and/or you can use your own workout program. For best results it is recommended to follow this workout program as much as possible.
