Earn That Body's Reboot!

This 3 week program is designed to help clients who completed ETB Phase 1 & Phase 2 to REBOOT! If you have fallen off track or just need a little motivation to dial it back in, this is the program for you!

You are ONLY eligible to register if you have completed the revamped 5 Week Earn That Body Phase 1 (& recommended Phase 2.)  If you have not, it is recommended you register for ETB Phase 1. Email [email protected] for info.

This program is for clients who KNOW what to do, already learned how to track calories/nutrients...but need help with re-assessing calories, weekly weigh ins, workouts and more!

2 Options:

Reboot WITH Accountability:

  • Do you need the daily food log accountability? If so, Kim Eagle will check your food logs DAILY (Mon-Friday) to keep you on track. Each morning you will get an email with tips, tricks or guidance to dial in your nutrition.

Reboot Basic:

  • ETB Food Log Accountability Chart (where YOU will track hitting calories, percents, sodium, sugar, fiber, sleep and more!)
  • Kim Eagle does NOT check your food logs in ReBOOT Basic.  Instead, you will send in your ReBOOT Scores each week (tallied from your chart).  This allows her to see if you WERE or WERE NOT on track in each area.

The ReBOOT Program is done as an INDIVIDUAL (not group format). There are a LIMITED number of spots available each month. 

**You have the option to follow the 3 Week ReBOOT Workout Calendar that includes the Earn That Muscle Workout Program (3 Full Body Strength Videos, Core Videos and Cardio PDF Workouts) and/or you can use your own workout program. For best results it is recommended to follow this workout program as much as possible.
