*Private Nutrition 

The Private Nutrition option is ideal for those looking to lose weight or struggling to build muscle. If you’ve been strength training without seeing results, your nutrition could be the problem. Without sufficient calories and protein, you won't be able to build muscle or improve your body composition. This option is tailored to help you adjust your diet to meet your personal goals.

 

Private Nutrition Includes:

  • Before/After Measurements

  • Bi-Weekly Weigh-Ins: Every Monday and Friday (submitted to Kim Eagle) to evaluate your weekly calorie intake.

  • Daily Food Log Feedback (Mon-Friday). You will track all food with an online program & get daily feedback. This is MAX accountability!

  • Personal Nutritional Guidance and Caloric/Nutrient Tracking:  You will be assigned personalized calorie allotment, macros (carbs/protein/fat) and guidance for sodium/sugar/fiber based on your needs & age.

     
    Your calories and macros may be adjusted weekly based on your progress. If you're experiencing hormonal changes, it may take time for us to determine what works best for you.
