Zone 2 Training
One of the ways we can stop fighting our hormones is by reducing the cortisol in our system. Daily HARD workouts are not helping decrease that stress hormone. This is why ZONE 2 Training is a big part of the L.E.A.N Program.
You will learn HOW to do Zone 2 Training and WHEN to do it in this program.
All you need is a place to go for a walk OR a treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical or rowing machine.

The Private Nutrition option is ideal for women that need to lose weight. This is a much slower process as we get older. So, if you have more than 5 lbs. to lose, you might opt for the 6 Week Option OR you can always continue with another session once your 3 Week Session is complete.
